Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By installing, accessing, or using the Time Reports Pro Google Workspace Add-on ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Wonderland Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Kentucky ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service Time Reports Pro is a productivity tool that integrates with Google Calendar™ and Google Sheets™ to allow users to track time, manage custom event fields, and generate reports.
3. Accounts and Registration
Google Account: To use the Service, you must authenticate using a valid Google Account.
Accuracy: You agree that the information provided to us (via Google and Stripe) is accurate and complete.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
4. Free Trial
Trial Terms and Payment Authorization: We offer a 7-day free trial period to new users. To initiate the trial, you are required to provide a valid credit card or alternative accepted payment method. By starting the trial, you authorize us to validate your payment method through a temporary authorization hold or similar verification process.
Automatic Conversion: Unless cancelled prior to the expiration of the 7-day trial period, your trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription. At that time, your designated payment method will be charged the then-current subscription fee plus any applicable taxes.
Cancellation and Expiration: You may cancel your trial at any time through your account settings. If you cancel before the trial concludes, you will not be charged. If you do not provide a payment method or if the transaction is declined at the end of the trial, your access to premium features (including, but not limited to, report generation) will be immediately suspended.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Payment Processing: Billing is handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.
Automatic Renewal: If you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled.
Teams & Seat Management:
If you purchase a "Team" subscription, you are responsible for the payment of all seats added to your team.
Adding Members: Adding a team member mid-cycle will result in an immediate, prorated charge for the remainder of the billing period.
Removing Members: Removing a team member mid-cycle will result in a prorated credit applied to your account balance. This credit will be automatically applied to your next invoice. No cash refunds will be issued to your original payment method for removed seats.
6. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel: You must cancel your subscription directly inside the application.
Go to Settings > Manage Subscription.
This will open the billing portal where you can cancel your plan.
Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel, your subscription will stop renewing. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current paid period.
7. Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund of the initial purchase price if a written request is submitted within seven (7) days of your initial payment. This guarantee applies only to the first transaction and does not apply to subsequent renewals or upgrades.
Discretionary Refunds: Following the expiration of the 7-day guarantee, all fees paid are non-refundable. We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider refund requests for exceptional circumstances, such as verified technical failures that prevent service delivery.
Account Credits as Exclusive Remedy: Any adjustments resulting from plan downgrades, the removal of team seats, or promotional adjustments will be issued exclusively in the form of Account Credits.
No Cash Refunds: Account Credits are non-transferable, have no inherent cash value, and are not redeemable for cash or legal tender.
Application: Credits will be applied automatically to your next billing cycle or future service invoices.
Forfeiture: By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you waive any right to a cash refund or credit card "chargeback" for these adjustments, agreeing instead to the application of credits to your account balance.
8. Intellectual Property The Service, including its code, design, and templates, is the property of Wonderland Ventures LLC. You grant us a license to process your data (calendar events, custom fields) solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
9. User Conduct You agree not to:
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Add-on.
Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Interfere with the operation of the Service or our servers.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonderland Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits). Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
