  • Google Account Information: We collect your email address to create your account and manage your subscription.

  • Calendar Data: We access your Google Calendar events (titles, times, descriptions, attendees) solely to generate the reports you request and to save custom field data attached to those events.

  • Custom Field Data: We store the custom field definitions (e.g., "Client," "Project") and the values you assign to specific events in our secure database (Google Firebase).

  • Payment Information: All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. We only store your subscription status and customer ID.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To Provide the Service: To display your calendar events, save your custom fields, and generate Google Sheet reports.

  • To Manage Billing: To verify your subscription status and process payments via Stripe.

  • To Communicate: To send transactional emails (e.g., team invitations) via our email service provider.

  • To Improve the App: We use Google Analytics to track anonymous usage data (e.g., "Report Generated," "Trial Started") to understand how the app is used and improve user experience.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • We do NOT sell your data. Your personal information and calendar data are never sold to third parties.

  • Service Providers: We share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers to operate the app:

    • Google (Firebase): For secure database hosting and authentication.

    • Stripe: For payment processing.

    • Google Analytics: For usage tracking.

    • Mailjet: For sending team invitation emails.

  • Access: Access to our database is strictly restricted to authorized personnel of Wonderland Ventures LLC for maintenance and debugging purposes only.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) servers. We implement standard security measures to protect your information. Access to your Google Calendar is authenticated via OAuth 2.0, and you can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account security settings.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

Time Reports Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request deletion of your data (by contacting support).

  • Stop using the service and revoke permissions at any time.
