The legacy add-on for Google Calendar categorization.

Time Reports (formerly Pav*r) allows existing users to categorize their Google Calendar events and export simple timesheets directly to Google Sheets.

FAQ’s

  • From inside of the add-on, navigate to Settings > Manage Subscription > Update Subscription > Cancel

  • From inside of the add-on, navigate to Settings > Manage Subscription > Update Subscription > Click on the pencil icon next to your credit card to change or update billing information

  • To add a new Time Reports user to your team, navigate to Settings > Manage Subscription > Update Subscription > Update Plan > Update quantity number to reflect the number of users you will need > Complete checkout 

    Once checkout has been completed, close the Stripe window, refresh your Calendar browser tab, then navigate to Settings > Manage Subscription > Manage Team > Add email addresses for new team members 

    New members will then receive an email with instructions on how to set up their new account. 

  • If you have added a new team member, or a new calendar, and you can not see categories, labels, etc that have been previously set up for this calendar, it is likely that the new user does not have the correct sharing permissions for the calendar. 

    Please confirm that each user has “make changes” permissions from the Google Calendar settings for that calendar.

  • If you see this message, it is possible that you are attempting to create a report with too much data and the add-on is timing out.

    There is a 2,500 event limit when creating reports. If you are attempting to export a large date range, please trying exporting a shorter date range.

    You can then run multiple reports and copy/paste the data into a single sheet to compile information.

    Please note that this is a Google API limit that we can not currently control.

    If you do not believe you are hitting this limit and are still receiving the error, please refresh your calendar browser and try again. On occassion, time outs will happen for different reasons, but will usually resolve themselves after a hard refresh.

  • To delete a user or replace them with a new user navigate to Settings > Manage Subscription > Manage Team > Remove the user

    If you want to replace them with a new user you can then add the new user’s email address. 

  • Yes, you will be charged after your free trial unless you cancel before the trial end date.
